FutureSTRONG Academy is growing and we are looking for life coaches! We’re opening classes in Alpharetta and Cumming. Our classes have low student-coach ratios and each class is only 60 minutes long.
Our Academy is one of the first of its kind to run classes for children to enhance their social and emotional learning and character building. Come join us to teach children how to navigate the real and online worlds!
We offer our employees:
Most of our available positions are part-time (approx. 10-15 hrs/wk) and in the afternoon and evenings (approx. 3-8 pm). However, full-time positions are possible for highly-qualified candidates.
- Paid training and all learning material provided;
- Very competitive hourly wage (more for those based on qualifications and experience);

Why do children need soft skill coaching?
According to Margaret Mead, an anthropologist, we are living in a post-figurative society. Thanks to the onslaught of technology, our children figure out things before adults do. So, in a society where the young know more than their elders, what can we teach them? We must give them the timeless skills like soft skills. We must give them the principles to live a life fully equipped for problem solving.
