Sleep: The Magic Pill For Memory, Metabolism And Immunity

According to Matthew Walker Author Of Why We Sleep: The New Science of Sleep and Dreams, we’re in the middle of a catastrophic sleep-loss epidemic.

Only humans intentionally deprive ourselves of sleep, and for no real reason. But, did you know that chronic sleep loss is linked to Alzheimers, cancer, diabetes, obesity and poor mental health? How did we get here? We have to blame our hustle culture that sees sleep as associated with laziness, slacking or just absence of any meaningful work to do.

Very soon Government will have to intervene and doctors will need to start prescribing sleep.
